Parent Consultations
Waiting for services to kick off? Your wait just got a whole lot better! While anticipating the start of services with a designated company, you can benefit from exclusive parent consultations with us. We offer invaluable support during this waiting period, including personalized recommendations, effective behavior strategies, targeted parent training, one-on-one services, goal recommendations, and seamless collaboration with other services. Elevate your waiting experience with proactive and empowering support tailored just for you!
School Consultations
We recognize that each school and student is unique. Our approach is centered around individualized assessments and interventions, ensuring that our strategies align with the specific needs of your students and staff.
Collaborative Partnerships:

Supervision Fieldwork Hours
Independent Contractor
Independent Remote Supervision offered:
Independent supervision is provided for those accruing fieldwork hours. Materials/resources provided for unrestricted hours along with individual supervision and 1 client observation per month to ensure all requirements are met.
imPACting Supervision Packages
Practical Package: $250 ($290) Value/month
- 5 hrs of individual supervision for the month
- 1 client observation for the month
- 60% of unrestricted hours for the month
- Unlimited access to resources
- Accessible email and text messages for any questions
- Signed independent contract and monthly verification forms
- Total = 50 hours per month/10% supervision
Alluring Package: $350 ($390) value/month
- 7 hrs of individual supervision for the month
- 1 client observation for the month
- 60% of unrestricted hours for the month
- Unlimited access to resources
- Accessible email and text messages for any questions
- Signed independent contract and monthly verification forms
- Total = 70 hours per month/10 % supervision
Comprehensive Package: $550 ($690) value/month
- 13 hrs of individual supervision for the month
- 1 client observation for the month
- 60% of unrestricted hours for the month
- Unlimited access to resources
- Accessible email and text messages for any questions
- Signed independent contract and monthly verification forms
- Total = 130 hours per month/10% supervision
PACkage price will change if accruing 5% supervision
Individual tailored PACkages are also available
PAC Supervision
The PAC supervision are for those interested in accruing their fieldwork hours with an emphasis in becoming an independent BCBA. Supervision, client observation, along with unrestricted hours will all be tailored towards the essential aspects of an independent BCBA. The package provides 2 months of fieldwork hours with supervision, accruing 20 hours per month.

Individual Compensation:
- $50 per hour for 1:1 supervision
- $30 per hour for group supervision minimum of 5 people
- $50 per hour for direct observation with client (1:1)
- $40 monthly fee - covers materials provided, open text communication at all times, and accessible resources
Please note that the packages can be tailored to your individualistic needs and dependent on whether you are accruing concentrated or regular supervision hours. Rossy C Perez-Jimenez
Founder of imPACting kidz
Rossy is a passionate BCBA that aspires to help her community and in return inspire other Latina women to accomplish their goals. She is a first-generation graduate and is proud to have fulfilled her family's dream in continuing in higher education.
Rossy has been providing support to many families in the field of ABA since 2014 and has been a BCBA since 2019.Rossy established imPACting kidz to support neurodivergent individuals by empowering them to have a voice, respecting their autonomy, embracing individuality, and listening to their experiences. Her purpose is to build a strong relationship with the families and neurodivergent individuals she serves based on trust, Positivity, Authenticity, and Connection.
